Our team is young and dynamic, eager for new challenges, and determined to offer the best solutions to our clients. Our experience gained through the completion of more than 100 successful financing projects and consulting and training programs makes us the best partner in managing the clients' resources effectively.

Vlad Mihuţ

Vlad is the general director of ROMCOM, and he's responsible for strategy implementation along with fostering relationships with business partners and regulatory institutions. Vlad joined the ROMCOM team in 2003.

Imre Kulcsar

Imre is board member and director of the ROMCOM Foundation. He has been working at ROMCOM since 1991.  Imre is also a member of the managing board at the microfinancing division, IFN ROMCOM SA.

Daniel Pop

Dani is the manager of the consulting program for EU funds and  specializes in complex projects. Before joining the ROMCOM team, Dani was the director of a company in the food industry from Bistrita Nasaud.

Diana Caba

Diana is the financial director of IFN ROMCOM SA, the microfinancing division, specializing in financing services. She was the financial director at Integra Romania prior to joining ROMCOM.

Claudia Pop

Claudia is responsible for accounting at ROMCOM Foundation, ROMCOM INVEST and ROMCOM Training.  She is an expert accountant and offers financial and fiscal consulting services. She joined the team in 2002.

Călin Farcău

Calin is the manager of the ROMCOM Training division. When you want to invest in developing your team or need specific business training, he is your contact person.

Dorin Pantea

Dorin is a loan consultant and is responsible for promoting ROMCOM loans throughout the country via our many branches. He joined the team in 2007.

Ibolya Kulcsar

Ibi is a loan consultant with more than 10 years experience at ROMCOM. She is responsible for loan promotion and has a portfolio of more than 100 clients from various areas.

Claudiu Dan

Claudiu specializes in consulting services for production and construction companies. Before joining the ROMCOM team, he was manager at a national distributor for construction materials.

Emanuel Cadar

Emanuel works at the Oradea branch and he specializes in writing financing projects for production and services companies.

Traian Marc

Traian works at the Oradea branch and he specializes in writing financing projects for production and services companies.

Andrei Bondar

After graduating the university,  Andrei wanted to start his own agricultural business with his father. He is involved in the family venture and also offers consulting for other farmers concerning financing opportunities from the European Union.

Anca Vancea

Anca is the "voice" of ROMCOM, often the first person heard when calling ROMCOM. She joined the team after graduating university in 2008 and specializes in management of organizations.

Cristian Rogoz

Cristi is the branch manager at the ROMCOM office in Zalau, launched in autumn 2008. Before joining the team, he worked at Michelin Romania.

Ştefan Pastia

Stefan is the branch manager at the ROMCOM office in Galati, launched in 2007. Before joining the team, he was co-founder and manager of a distributorship for renovation materials.

Bogdan Chelariu

Bogdan works at the office in Galati and specializes in brokering loans with  partner financial institutions.

Daniel Bulzan

Dani works at the Timisoara office and specializes in consulting services for EU funds. Before joining the team, he worked at companies in the area of financial services.

Adrian Moraru

Adi is the branch manager at the ROMCOM office in Timisoara, launched in autumn 2008. Before joining the team,  Adi worked at the loan division of ABN AMRO and Citibank.

Marcel Niculaş

Marcel is the branch manager at the ROMCOM office in Suceava, launched in 2007. Before joining the team, he worked as a quality manager at an IT company.

Florentina Sandu

Florentina graduated university with a degree in International Economic Relations and joined ROMCOM Suceava team at the end of 2009.

Otilia Blaga

Otilia joined ROMCOM team as a junior consultant at the begining of September 2009, shortly after graduating Emmanuel University of Oradea with a major in Business Management. Otilia works closely with the ROMCOM Oradea team of consultants in developing projects for clients pursuing EU financing.
