• Account 701 – Revenue from sales of finished products

Fie pandemie sau nu, mulți dintre noi nu au posibilitatea să își spele/curețe covoarele în propria gospodărie. La acestea s-a gândit și domnul Valentin Stînă, coordonator al SAF 90 – spălătorie și curățătorie de covoare din Timișoara, atunci când a pus bazele acestei afaceri: “Covoare curate înseamnă o casă mai curată și gospodine mai liniște”, ne spune domnul Stînă.

Afacerea este amplasată în Timișoara, strada Grigore Alexandrescu (zona Mehala), însă oferă servicii și de preluare/livrare a covoarelor de la domiciliul clientului. “Înțelegem că oamenii nu au timp, și e normal având în vedere ritmul în care trăim – tocmai de aceea noi mergem să preluăm covoarele de la client, și le aducem ulterior înapoi”, continuă dl. Stînă.

Covoarele sunt spălate cu o mașină automată pentru spălat covoare, după ce anterior au fost desprăfuite. Ulterior, sunt stoarse în centrifugă (fără ca aceasta să afecteze în vreun fel covorul), uscate. Înainte de livrare, toate covoarele sunt reverificate, periate, aspirate și parfumate, înainte de a fi înfoliate și livrate la client. Nici un covor nu pleacă către clienți neverificat și neînfoliat. Curățarea se face în mod similar și pentru mochete, pături și pilote.

Cheia succesului? ”Tratează-ți clientul așa cum ai dori să fii tratat – de la preluarea comenzii, la preluarea covoarelor, curățare, livrare, calitate ireproșabilă” ne-a spus d del. Stînă.
