Vlad Mihuţ
Vlad is the CEO of IFN ROMCOM SA, responsible for implementing ROMCOM’s strategy and managing relationships with business partners and regulatory institutions. He joined ROMCOM in 2003.
Imre Kulcsar
Imre is a board member and director of the ROMCOM Foundation. He has been with ROMCOM since 1991 and also serves on the board of IFN ROMCOM SA.
Daniel Pop
Daniel manages the EU funds consultancy program, specializing in complex projects. Before joining ROMCOM, he was the director of a food industry company in Bistrița-Năsăud.
Claudia Pop
Claudia handles accounting for the ROMCOM Foundation, ROMCOM Invest, and ROMCOM Training. She is a certified accountant, providing financial and tax consultancy, and joined ROMCOM in 2002.
Traian Marc
Traian works in the Oradea office, specializing in writing financing projects for manufacturing and service businesses.
Peter Kulcsar
Peter is the training manager and a certified Persolog trainer since 2008, responsible for delivering professional and personal development programs to clients.
Otilia Blaga
Otilia joined the ROMCOM team in September 2009 after graduating in Management from Emanuel University. She works on implementing EU-funded projects alongside the consulting team in Oradea.
Cristian Jugariu
Cristian, an economist and graduate of Emanuel University in Oradea, joined ROMCOM in 2010 after eight years in production management in the food industry.
Mirela Neagu
Mirela is Finance Director at IFN ROMCOM SA. She is a graduate of the University of Oradea, Faculty of Economics and a CECCAR member. She gained professional experience in finance working for 10 years in a Belgian owned company before August 2017 when she joined ROMCOM.
Andreea Gligor
Andreea is an economist at IFN ROMCOM SA since January 2014. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Oradea, majoring in Finance and Banking. She is an ambitious person and able to respond professionally to customer requirements.
Porojan Teodora Amalia
Teodora is an economist at IFN ROMCOM since September 2018. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Oradea, majoring in Finance and Banking. Before joining the ROMCOM team, she worked in the banking system, being Operations Coordinator at a bank in Oradea. She is a persistent, detail-oriented person, someone you can rely on.
Brigitta Balint
Brigitta works in the finance department as an administrative clerk. She joined the IFN ROMCOM SA team in 2021. She has a degree in economics and engineering from USAMV, Cluj-Napoca. She is a detail-oriented, organized and responsible person.
Monica Isaicu
Monica is a risk analyst and joined IFN ROMCOM SA in July 2022. She has over 15 years of experience in the controlling-financial field, of which in the last 7 years in a top 50 company in Romania.
Maria Galiș
Maria is an internal auditor within IFN ROMCOM S.A. and at the same time a financial auditor, member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors and member of the Authority for the Public Supervision of Statutory Audit Activity. Experience has shown that the use of the right team and team structure are essential for delivering services of an exceptional quality. Maria has gained professional experience in banking for 20 years, as well as financial audit, internal audit, audit of grant funds for 12 years.
Laura Laichici
Laura is the credit director of IFN ROMCOM SA. She is responsible for managing the team of consultants and partners, implementing the lending strategy and evaluating funding applications. She joined the IFN ROMCOM SA team in September 2022. A graduate of the University of West of Timișoara, Faculty of Economics, Laura has extensive experience in lending, marketing and management obtained in 20 years of activity in the financial-banking system.
Cristian Mazilu
Cristian is a ROMCOM credit consultant, graduated from the West University of Timisoara. He has about 12 years of experience in the banking system, but also in legal consulting and business development/organization. He joined the ROMCOM team in April 2018.
Ionuț Borota
Ionuț is a credit consultant within IFN ROMCOM SA. Before joining the ROMCOM team in 2020, he worked as a sales manager in several multinational companies. He has an experience of over 6 years in sales, of which over 4 years in the financial field.
Mia Popuți
Mia is a credit consultant at IFN ROMCOM SA, a graduate of the West University of Timișoara, majoring in Finance and Banking, master’s degree in Accounting Expertise and Evaluation. She has about 12 years of experience in microcredit. She joined the ROMCOM team in 2021.
Ana-Maria Vasilache
Ana-Maria is a credit consultant in Timisoara with 18 years of experience in the banking sector, in individual and corporate lending. Ana-Maria is a graduate from the West University of Timisoara and joined the IFN ROMCOM SA team in February 2023 with the desire to further contribute to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the position of credit consultant.
Crina Șuteu
Crina has a bachelor’s degree in economics, with over eight years of experience in the financial intermediation and insurance. Involvement, transparency, professionalism and dedication are her most cherished values.
